The hotel is ideally situated just off the main square in the old town, making it perfect for strolling around. The rooms are welcoming and efficient, but the noise from the shower clicking on and off through the night can be bothersome. The service is excellent, particularly their assistance with my basic Spanish, though the unfriendly encounter was a downside. The dining experience offers loads of choices but can feel rather limited at times. The location couldn't be better for exploring the lovely old city center, yet the lobby and outside sitting area can be a bit smoky. The hotel is a nice option nestled between a traditional 'Hostal' and a more luxurious 'Hotel'.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and bright rooms and an excellent location. However, the very large kitchen extraction fan right outside my window was a bit disruptive. The atrium view was lovely and added to the charm of the room.

The staff were very helpful when we left our jackets behind and efficiently arranged for them to be delivered to our next hotel. However, the service was not as friendly as expected, but it was efficient. The waiter who organized our meal was exceptional.
